Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the succession in ownership of the company and the continuance of over 87 years of high-quality service to the Real Estate industry in Northeastern PA. Longtime owner/principle/broker of record John Cognetti will be handing off ownership/President duties to veteran Hinerfeld CRE associate Colin G. “Griff” Keefer/President- CEO, while Anthony Baldo will join the firm as Vice President – Broker of Record. Mr. Keefer and Mr. Baldo are seasoned, experienced members of the Northeastern PA commercial real estate community and bring substantial commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and business management skills to their roles. Mr. Cognetti will continue on with Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate in an active role in brokerage as an Associate Broker, and a member of the board of directors of the firm.
