Mr. Finley is a results-driven, successful senior executive, business consultant and Pennsylvania licensed realtor. The same pragmatic approach used assisting companies to fortify the bottom line through the implementation of flexible, manageable and sustainable business operations, he now uses to serve the needs of his commercial real estate clients. Mr. Finley’s record of accomplishment in managing multi-dimensional projects from conception to completion is well documented and broad in scope. With an emphasis on listening to, and understanding the needs of his clients, he can identify their needs, maximize their time and achieve their desired outcomes.
Mr. Finley’s’ previous business experience includes: Founding partner of Med-Dev, Inc. specializing in successfully taking emerging new technologies in the Medical Device industry to market; The Finley Group (TFG), LLC, specializing in two specific industry spaces; Operations and Sales/Marketing strategies with a focus on the Medical Device and Alternative/Renewable Energy industries; Senior Project Consultant charged with re-alignment of a major Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) firm based in Houston TX with emphasis on Earned Value Optimization; Organizational Development; Management Operating Systems, Change Management and IT integration. Mr. Finley served as President of Fay-Penn Fiber, Inc., a $145 million Medium-Density Fiberboard manufacturer. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of all Sales, Marketing, IT, Risk Management, Benefit and Training Plans/Programs on this green-field project. Prior to Fay-Penn Mr. Finley was employed as the Director of Policyholder Services and Risk Management & previously as Director of Field Operations for Pennsylvania’s largest Workers’ Compensation insurance carrier, The State Worker’s Insurance Fund (SWIF).
Mr. Finley attended the University of Scranton, received an Associate Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University and completed the National Apprenticeship and Training Council of Sheet Metal Workers, four-year Journeyman Certification program. Mr. Finley and his wife Liz reside in Scranton PA and are the parents of three adult children and three grandchildren.
