These Class A Office and Class A Retail properties respectively combine to create a Class A office/retail campus with services including office leasing, foodservice, and convenience. Located in Olyphant, PA just off the Casey Highway PA Rte. 6, these properties have been owned and operated by PA Hempstead Associates LLC, of Philadelphia, PA. The Rock Creek Corporate Center was originally built as the headquarters building of the former WEA Manufacturing (later CINRAM group) which produced CD discs for the music industry. It was purchased by PA Hempstead Road Associates LLC from prior ownership and converted to a Class A multi-tenant office property. The adjacent property, The Shoppes at Rock Creek, a Class A retail strip center, was erected by the same ownership during the ensuing years. Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate has been the long-time property management team for these properties, handling leasing, facility management, and ultimately the sale of the property to the new ownership. Sold in Q3, 2021 (August) to JBAS Realty LLC, a real estate investment company led by Scranton Pennsylvania’s John Basylega the facility will continue in its present form as a Class A Office and Retail Strip Center.
