NFI, a supply chain management company offering transportation, distribution and logistics services, has purchased property in the O’Hara Industrial Park in Pittston Twp. for $1.05 million.

The company bought the former Stephenson Equipment building on two acres at 137 Armstrong Road, Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate announced in a news release.

Stephenson Equipment relocated to a new facility in the adjacent Grimes Industrial Park in Pittston Twp.

In another transaction, the former A. Duie Pyle terminal at 90 Eugene Drive in Plains Twp. was sold to Saia Motor Freight Line of Louisiana for $850,000.

The terminal consists of a 31 crossdock terminal, shop and offices on 3.8 acres of land. Fortis Institute leases part of the land and offices for its truck driving training  program.

John Cognetti handled both transactions.

A. Duie Pyle, a transportation and logistics provider, built a new service center in the Grimes Industrial Park in 2015 after outgrowing its space in Plains Twp. The company bought the nearly 13-acre site for more than $1.6 million from Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services.
