Ellen Raineri, PhD of Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate, earned her Pennsylvania Broker’s license. Additionally, she has completed all of her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) courses. She engages in commercial real estate transactions in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna and Bradford counties. She also has strong expertise in Marcellus Shale commercial real estate and has launched a website devoted to real estate in the Marcellus Shale region. She is available to assist clients in building real estate portfolios and to consult on commercial real estate projects.
