The space, located within a retail development owned by Norsec Realty Partners, officially welcomed customers with its grand opening on January 9, 2026. The listing was represented by Anthony Baldo, broker at Hinerfeld Commercial Realty, who facilitated the lease on behalf of the property owner.
The Plains Township location is part of Toastee Bagels’ continued expansion throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Following the successful opening on Route 315, Ownership plans to open a second location in South Abington Township by late May or early June. Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate also represented the lease for the approximately 2,700-square-foot free-standing, build-to-suit restaurant with a drive-thru, developed by Rainbow Land Company. Ownership also anticipates opening this location in the Trucksville PA area soon.
