Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate (Scranton, PA) is pleased to announce the successful long-term lease of 4,500 Square Feet of Commercial /Retail rental space at 695 Kidder Street, Wilkes Barre for use as the new home of Yummy Bowl & Sushi, LLC (Tenant). This retail strip center, known as Pine Mall, occupies a high access, high visibility position on busy Kidder Street, Wilkes Barre. The Tenant will renovate the space and open in the next few months, offering sushi, Asian inspired bowls, and “creative sushi rolls made with fresh ingredients, artful presentations, and a warm, welcoming environment.” Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate (Anthony Baldo, broker) represented the Landlord in the retail restaurant transaction.
