SCRANTON — A 1.2-acre property that includes a fast food restaurant on North Seventh Avenue in downtown Scranton sold recently for $1.1 million.
GH Scranton Associates Two LP of Lemoyne sold the Arby’s restaurant to SKB Scranton LLC of Fogelsville, according to documents at the Lackawanna County Recorder of Deeds.
John Cognetti of Hinerfeld Commercial Realty, who was involved in the transaction, said the property was purchased by the Arby’s franchisee and the use of the building and property were not expected to change.
