As of this weekend, the ITPN is 3 years old and counts 90 members in its ranks. To mark the occasion, we added some new bells and whistles to the Network.
This month, we began sending out Transportation Real Estate Listingsto about 8,000 industrial transportation executives across North America. Its read rate was as high as any of our Client Communiqués, so we know transportation folks look at it. We fielded about 40 leads from the publication. Look for a live version of the Transport Real Estate Listings on the Morprop/ITPN Website soon.
We also posted a new Why List With An ITPN Broker piece on our Website. If you are pitching a listing on a garage, crossdock, outdoor storage land, etc. we would love to be a part it. We pitched our first listing with Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates for a sublease in the Oakland area. I have attached a letter that preceded our presentation here. Hopefully it is self explanatory. It is confidential – so keep in the family.
We’ll be baking the Why List With An ITPN Broker piece into calls and emails over the next couple of months. I expect we’ll have it and specific property listings (see examples attached) in front of 400 – 600 transportation executives every month, in addition to regular research and listing communications that go to a much wider list.
