Ellen Raineri recently closed the sale and partial lease back of a 29,400 Square Foot building at 745 North Keyser Ave., Scranton, PA. The building consisted of office, show room, and warehouse space that was located on a highly visible highway.
The Seller, Larry Mandel, was pleased with the transaction and with Ellen’s expertise:
